NOTE: The Evaluation Committee, in accordance with Resolution 21-21, has reviewed the proposals submitted and recommends Twenty-eight Engineering, Architectural, and Survey and Mapping Consultants: 1) Stantec Consulting Services, 2) CPH, LLC., 3) Pennoni Associates, Inc., 4) Metzger & Willard, Inc., 5) Gresham Smith, 6) Wannemacher Jensen Architects, Inc., 7) Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 8) BFrank Studio, LLC, 9) Geosyntec Consulants, Inc., 10) George F. Young, Inc., 11) Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc., 12) Chen Moore and Associates, Inc., 13) Kisinger Campo and Associates, Corp, 14) Transystems, 15) Williams Associates Architects, Ltd, Inc., 16) Driggers Engineering Services 17) Transmap Corporation, 18) SGM Engineering, Inc., 19) Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc., 20) Ayers Associates, Inc., 21) GAI Consultants, Inc., 22) Goodwyn Mills Cawood, 23) Harvard Jolly, Inc., 24) Miller, Legg, & Associates, 25) Lighthouse Engineering, Inc., 26) BCER Engineering, Inc., 27) GHD Services, Inc., 28) Florida Design Consultants, Inc.
Upon Council’s recommendation and authorization, the City Manager will negotiate competitively with the most qualified firm(s), on an as needed basis, per project task order; and, should they fail to reach an agreement, they will then negotiate with the remaining firms in order of preference, in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. Consultant Services will be charged to the appropriate account and not exceed $500,000.00 per project (Task Order).
