NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a utility easement transfer agreement with the City of Largo. This agreement is for the transfer of a utility easement and its future maintenance to the City of Largo for their sanitary sewer system. The infrastructure was transferred to the City of Largo in the 1980s, but the easement was never transferred. The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney’s office.
