AUTHORIZATION FOR NEGOTIATION - Building Code Professional Services Continuing Contracts for RFP 23/010

NOTE: The Evaluation Committee, in accordance with Resolution 21-21, has reviewed four consultants in the following order: 1) JPI 2) Quorum Services 3) Wildan Engineering and 4) CAP Government. Upon City Council’s recommendation and authorization, the City Manager will negotiate competitively with all qualified firms in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statues.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for City Manager to negotiate with the firms recommended by the Evaluation Committee, in order of preference as recommended, for Building Code Professional Services for RFP 23/010.
