AUTHORIZATION FOR APPROVAL TO PURCHASE KONTEK MOBILE MODULAR SHOOT HOUSE - Lima Model

NOTE: This is a request to authorize the police department to acquire mobile modular shoot house for training. The purchase is for the Lima mobile modular shoot house which is approximately 2,000 sqft., this purchase includes all structure components of the shoot house and freight shipping cost. The total for the mobile modular shoot house is $62,788.76.
Chief Adam Geissenberger is requesting funding through our Confiscated Property Fund. Pursuant to Florida Statute 932.704(3)(a), this is to certify that this proposed expenditure complies with the State required provisions for expenditure of these funds.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve-Deny) Authorization to purchase mobile modular shoot house totaling $62,788.76 from Kontek Industries, 085 McCombs Ave. Kannapolis, NC 28083 using the funds from the Confiscated Property Fund Operating Account 104-212-5-331-09.
