NOTE: In May 2019, the City entered into a lease agreement with Pinellas Park Art Society, Inc. for City-owned property located at 5851-A Park Boulevard. The lease was for an initial term of five years. The tenant has asked to extend the term of the lease for an additional one year. The proposed lease is for a term of one year. The annual lease payment will be One Dollar ($1.00).
