NOTE: This an addendum to the contract for the proposed sale of real property located at Parcel No. 28-30-16-71064-016-0040 (Community Redevelopment Agency owned), which was approved on August 22, 2023. There is no change in the agreed upon sale price of $515,000.00.  The addendum extends the closing date to August 30, 2024.   

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency Chairperson to sign an addendum to the contract for the sale of real property to Czyszczon Development PP, LLC extending the closing date to August 30, 2024.
