NOTE:  Bids were legally advertised. Three bids were received with Kapper Construction, Inc. (13125 72nd Ave. Seminole, FL 33776) being the lowest bidder with a submittal of $324,800.00. The account to be charged is 301781-562512, 24781/352-IMPROVE. The amount budgeted for this project is $400.000.00 under 2023-2024 budget page 292.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization to award bid 24.005 for the barn construction project at the Patti Johnson Agricultural Farm to Kapper Construction, Inc. to be charged to the appropriate account.
