NOTE: This Mutual Aid Agreement Addendum revises section two of the agreement previously entered between all Pinellas County law enforcement agencies and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. This addendum allows for all city police officers to conduct felony and DUI related investigations outside their cities for offenses that occurred within their cities throughout Pinellas County.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve-Deny) Authorization for the Mayor, the City Manager, and the Police Chief to sign an addendum to the Pinellas County Combined Mutual Aid Agreement.
