Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency Chairperson to sign a contract for the sale of real property to Czyszczon Development PP, LLC in the amount of $93,000.00 subject to closing documents being acceptable to the City Attorney.
