NOTE: This is item is for the purchase of planning consultation services to assist in the development of a Special Area Plan for the CRA. The services will be provided by Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. who is currently under a continuing contract with the CRA (RFP 23.007). The total cost for this project will not exceed $155,000.00 and will be charged to requisition 2400416, account 301175-574347, project string 24175/605 PROGRAM - ADMIN.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase planning consultation services provided by Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., in an amount not to exceed $155,000.00, under the CRA contract, RFP 23.007, requisition 2400416, to be charged to the appropriate account.
