NOTE: This item is for the purchase, installation and replacement of sidewalks and concrete repairs along 82nd Terrace west of 60th Street and various locations in Fiscal Year 23-24 and Fiscal Year 24-25. The materials, delivery, and installation will be provided by Central Florida Contractors, Inc. (13345 Pine Bark Court, Largo, FL 33774) who is currently under contract with the City of Clearwater. The total cost for this project will not exceed $475,000.00 per year and will be charged to New Sidewalk and Accessibility Ramp Program, account 301481-562538,24481/106-Program-Construt ($175,000.00); Sidewalk and Accessibility Ramp Repair and Replacement ADA Program, account: 301481-562538, 24481/105-Program-Construt ($200,000.00); Community Services Building ADA Upgrade, account: 301481-562538, 23481/165-IMPROVE ($100,000.00). The amount budgeted for this program is $475,000.00 (FY 23-24 adopted budget).

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase under the City of Clearwater Contract 20-0026-EN, sidewalk services provided by Central Florida Contractors, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $475,000.00 in Fiscal year 23-24 and Fiscal Year 24-25, to be charged to the appropriate accounts.
