NOTE:  During the 2024 legislative session, legislators created new performance measures regarding Special Districts (i.e., Community Redevelopment Agencies, or CRAs).  Each CRA must now establish goals and objectives for each program and activity. Community Development staff will be present to discuss the proposed CRA goals and objectives for the upcoming Fiscal Year.
