NOTE: The manhole located in the emergency access road in the southeast corner of 66th Street and Bryan Dairy Road has failed and is in need of immediate repairs. Rowland (DE), LLC and Vortex Services, LLC have been approved to perform emergency repairs by the attached memorandum dated June 25, 2024, in the amount not to exceed $1,100,000.00 that shall be charged to account number 301381-562538 24381/541.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for 66th Street and Bryan Dairy Road Manhole Emergency Repair to be conducted by Rowland (DE), LLC and Vortex Services, LLC in the amount not to exceed $1,100,000.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
