ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase under Sourcewell Contract number 011822 Fire Training Tower and Simulator for the Fire Department from WHP Towers (519 Duck Road, Grandview, MO 64030) at a cost of $942,268.47, to be charged to the appropriate account.
