NOTE: Community Development and Public Works staff will be present to discuss redevelopment of 7707 62nd Street (Parcels 29-30-16-79470-000-0280, 29-30-16-79470-000-0350, 29-30-16-79470-000-0120, and 29-30-16-79470-000-0130) into pickleball and tennis courts, which will be part of the new Davis Commons park.

ACTION: (Accept - Deny) the preliminary site plan for pickleball and tennis courts.
