AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT FOR USE OF CITY OF LARGO TRAINING FACILITY

The City of Largo owns and operates the Public Works Facility located at 1000 2nd Street SE in Largo, FL which includes an area used by various departments and outside agencies for training and to test fire pump equipment. The Pinellas Park Fire Department wishes to use the training facility. The Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement sets forth the terms for such use.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to sign the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for Use of Largo Training Facility and Pump Test Site.
