NOTE: The Lift Station 1 force main at the intersection of 82nd Avenue and Belcher Road has failed and is in need of immediate repairs. Rowland (DE), LLC has been approved to perform emergency repairs by the attached memorandum dated February 27, 2025, in the amount, not to exceed $200,000.00, that shall be charged to account 301381-562538.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for Lift Station 1 force main repairs at 82nd Avenue and Belcher Road to be conducted by Rowland (DE), LLC in the amount, not to exceed $200,000.00, to be charged to the appropriate account.
