NOTE: In accordance with Resolution No. 22-20 and Section 287.057 Florida Statutes (Procurement of Commodities or Contractual Services), an Evaluation Committee has met, reviewed, and ranked proposals and an agreement is ready to be signed with costs based on RFP 25.001 and charged to the appropriate accounts. The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney's office.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to enter into an agreement with Public Trust Advisors, LLC. for Investment Advisor Services at costs based on the proposer's submittal, for a five (5) year period, with two (2) additional two (2) year extension renewal periods.
