NOTE: Bids were legally advertised and eight (8) bids were received with Professional Roof Systems (4639 Haines Road, St. Petersburg, FL 33714) being the lowest bidder with a submittal of $187,590.00. This project is for the replacement of City-wide roofs due to storm damage from Hurricane Milton. The account to be charged is 301175-562512, 25175/238. The amount budgeted for this project is $485,000.00.
