NOTE: This change order is to increase task order 10.2024, grant management for DR-4834 (Milton) FEMA Claim. The services will be provided by Rostan Solutions, LLC (3433 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Suite 287, Valrico, FL), who is currently under a continuing contract with the City of Pinellas Park. The change order is to increase the task order in the amount of $250,000; resulting in a total cost for this project not to exceed $275,000; and will be charged to account 001293-533109. This increase is related to the significant costs related to Hurricane Milton, which were previously unknown when the task order was signed. These costs were mostly related to debris removal.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign Change Order 1, Task Order 10.2024 under the city of Pinellas Park master contract 22.004, grant management services provided by Rostan Solutions, LLC in the amount, not to exceed $275,000, to be charged to the appropriate account.
