AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR USE OF CITY OF CLEARWATER FACILITY

NOTE: The City of Clearwater owns and operates the Clearwater Fire & Rescue Training Facility located at 1716 North Belcher Road, Clearwater FL 33765, which is used for training associated with structural firefighting. The City of Pinellas Park Fire Department desires to use the Training Facility to conduct fire training. The Hold Harmless Agreement for Use of City of Clearwater Facility authorizes such use and sets forth terms and conditions for the period January 1, 2025 until January 1, 2026.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for City Manager to sign Hold Harmless Agreement for Use of City of Clearwater Facility.
