NOTE: This authorizes rehabilitation of 15 manholes (located at various locations within the City) with all associated labor costs. Services to be provided by Infrastructure Rehab USA, Inc. (401 Edwards Street, Suite 2100, Shreveport, LA 71101) who is currently part of the purchasing cooperative contract PCA OD-406-24. The total cost for this project is $234,179.50 and will be charged to account 301381-562538 Project String 25381/536.
