NOTE: This real estate contract is for the proposed purchase of real properties located at 6200 Park Boulevard, parcel 28-30-16-71064-058-0030, parcel 28-30-16-71064-058-0010, and parcel 28-30-16-71064-058-0152. The Community Redevelopment Agency is proposing a purchase price of Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($550,000.00) with all closing costs being handled by the seller. The purchase would be charged to account 301175-562504.
