The amount of the contract is $1,800,000.00 and the final payment is $1,115,104.34. The account to be charged is Lakes Subdivision Sidewalk and Paving, account 301481-562538, 24481/176-CONSTR.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to make final payment for improvements at Mayors Park at Freedom Lake to Ajax Paving, LLC (5100 W. Lemon Street, Suite 106, Tampa, FL 33609) in the amount of $1,115,104.34 to be charged to the appropriate account.
