NOTE: This is an Agreement with the Lightning Foundation, Inc. for a $100,000.00 grant to assist in the renovation of the street hockey rink located at Sprowls Horizon Sports Park at 4015 62nd Street North, Pinellas Park, FL. Full renovation being inclusive of, among other things, the creation of new benches, scorer's table, penalty box and title installation.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor and City Manager to sign an agreement with Lightning Foundation, Inc.
