NOTE:  Mrs. Jena Rutherford is interested in filling an open equestrian seat on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and has been interviewed by staff and the board. At the December 8, 2025 special meeting, members voted to appoint Mrs. Rutherford to the board on a two-year term, pending the approval of City Council.
