NOTE: This item authorizes the purchase of two suppressors and optics from 1203 Lycoming Mall Circle, Muncy, PA 17756-1810 for $5,876.30.
The suppressors and optics will be attached to two new rifles previously purchased and utilized by SWAT Team members.
An amount of $5,876.30 will be for the purchase of the equipment charged to forfeiture account 104-212-5-621-08.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 932.7055(5)(c1), this is to certify that this proposed expenditure complies with the State required provisions for the expenditure of these funds.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase two suppressors and optics from EuroOptic funded by State forfeiture funds. The total cost for this purchase is $5,876.30 and will be charged to the appropriate account.
