NOTE: This interlocal agreement will allow the City of Pinellas Park to provide fuel services, as defined within the agreement, to the Pinellas Park Water Management District for a period of five (5) years. This agreement has been in effect since 2015.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign a five (5) year interlocal agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and the Pinellas Park Water Management District, for the City to provide fuel services to the Pinellas Park Water Management District.
