NOTE: This is a voluntary annexation of 0.205 acres MOL of contiguous industrial property located at Parcel Number 18-30-16-69768-400-5105. The subject property was acquired by the City of Pinellas Park in 1973 via an Order of Taking (OR 4099, Pages 159-163) for the construction of a sewer force main. A portion of the subject property was annexed with properties to the east in 2001 by Ordinance Number 2822. Despite only annexing a portion of the subject property in 2001, the entire subject property is shown as being annexed by the Pinellas County Property Appraiser. The proposed annexation will rectify this error. This case is companion to AX-2023-00011 Annexation Ordinance and LUPA-0523-00014 LUPA Ordinance.
