NOTE: City staff requests that the City accept a General Warranty Deed from Roger B. Broderick for a portion of the real property for public right-of-way located at 5619 Park Boulevard North. The City's road and curb is built within this area. City staff has negotiated a purchase price of Ten Dollars ($10.00). The purchase would be charged to account #001412-5512-18 (Traffic Consultation).
