NOTE:  This is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Pinellas County and the City of Pinellas Park.  The purpose of this agreement is for all parties to consent to and memorialize the apportion responsibilities to ensure efficient and comprehensive enforcement, remediation, and compliance of the illicit discharge originating from Parcel ID 09-03-16-70992-200-1000 into Cross Bayou Canal.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  Authorization for the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between Pinellas County and the City of Pinellas Park to consent to and memorialize apportion responsibilities for the enforcement of the illicit discharge originating from Parcel ID 09-03-16-70992-200-1000.
