NOTE: This authorizes the City to continue its partnership with Integrated Business Solutions (NAPA) for essential fleet warehouse services by utilizing a piggyback agreement on the existing Florida Sheriff's Association (FSA) contract.
This action secures a contract with an initial term expiring on September 2, 2029. The agreement also includes two additional five-year renewal options, providing long-term stability for the City's fleet operations. The costs associated with this agreement will be charged to the appropriate accounts.
