NOTE:  This change order is to increase task order 12/2022, grant management for DR-4673 (Ian) FEMA Claim. The services will be provided by Rostan Solutions, LLC (3433 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Suite 287, Valrico, FL), who is currently under a continuing contract with the City of Pinellas Park. The change order is to increase the task order in the amount of $10,000; resulting in a total cost for this project of $40,000; and will be charged to account 001296-533109.

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign Change Order 1, Task Order 12/2022 under the City of Pinellas Park contract #20/002, grant management services provided by Rostan Solutions, LLC in the amount, not to exceed $40,000, to be charged to the appropriate account.
