NOTE:  This authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quit Claim Deed transferring ownership of a vacated right-of-way adjacent to 4090 78th Avenue N. The Quit Claim Deed has been prepared and approved by the City Attorney's Office. (Companion to case VAC-0925-00007.)

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign a Quit Claim Deed transferring ownership of real property from the City of Pinellas Park to Florida Community Loan Fund, Inc.
