NOTE:  This is an agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to conduct a roadway safety project in the Pinebrook Park neighborhood. This agreement provides grant funds in the amount of $165,560. The City will provide $294,903 in match funds. This project is listed in the Fiscal Years 2023/24-2027/28 Capital Improvements Program on page 293 of the approved budget.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign Agreement Number 453242 1 54 01 with FDOT.
