NOTE: The existing agreement expires on February 5th, 2024. This authorizes the Mayor to sign an amendment to the interlocal agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pinellas County to extend the interlocal agreement for an additional five (5) years.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign the first amendment to ditch maintenance agreement between Pinellas County and the City of Pinellas Park.
