AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK TO APPROVE THE NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT ROLL AND EXEMPTIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 - Stormwater Utility Fee

NOTE:  The City of Pinellas Park is requesting approval from City Council for the Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll and Exemptions for fiscal year 2025/2026, and authorization for the Mayor to execute the Certificate to Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll and to forward such to Pinellas County.  Please note that the certification needs to be forwarded to the County by, no later than, September 15, 2025.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization for City Council to approve the Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll and Exemptions for fiscal year 2025/2026 and authorization for the Mayor to execute the Certificate to Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll.
