NOTE: This is an ordinance to rezone a property located on 59th Street North, north of 110th Avenue North (parcel number 17-30-16-69750-100-3102) from Residential Rural (RR) to Single-Family Residential (R-3) Zoning with a Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) overlay to develop a five-lot single-family subdivision.
