NOTE: The Existing Total Maximum Daily Load Monitoring and Reporting Agreement expired on December 31, 2023. This authorizes the Mayor to sign an amendment to the interlocal agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pinellas County to extend the interlocal agreement through December 31, 2026. The agreement assists the City in meeting its obligations under NPDES Permit FL S000005-004 Part VIII. The County may provide water quality sampling, monitoring plan design, data review and analysis, reporting, and planning services for the City through December 31, 2026.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign the second amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for Total Maximum Daily Load Monitoring and Reporting with Board of County Commissioners and the City of Pinellas Park. This amendment is retroactive to December 31, 2023.
