NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a Joinder and Consent to the Second Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions for the Artistry at Park Station subdivision with the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency; Namaste 76, LLC; and the Artistry at Park Station Association, Inc. This document amends the first amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions for Artistry at Park Station, as recorded in Official Records Book 22253, Pages 1143-1151.
