NOTE: Authorization for the City Manager to sign Amendment #1 to the Maintenance Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and the Florida Department of Transportation for the 43rd Street North Extension Project.
The Amendment modifies Exhibit “A” to add Exhibit “A-3,” which defines the City’s maintenance access limits for SMF-7 and SMF-8. All other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged.
