NOTE: The amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for the Creation of the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization modifies Article 4 Composition; Membership; Terms of Office. The Forward Pinellas Board has proposed to increase the number of seats and reallocate them based on population shifts reflected in the 2020 U.S. Census. The City of Pinellas Park continues to have one seat.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for the Creation of the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization.
