NOTE: This item authorizes the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The agreement provides for FDOT’s participation in the construction and construction engineering inspection of the 118th Avenue North Trail project, extending from Belcher Road to 62nd Street North. It outlines FDOT’s financial contribution to the City, specifies the terms and conditions governing the use of these funds, and establishes the procedures for project implementation and completion. The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney’s office.

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation.
