NOTE: This ordinance modernizes and clarifies regulations governing the use of golf carts within the City of Pinellas Park. Consistent with Chapter 316 Florida Statutes, the ordinance authorizes golf cart operation on public streets and roads under the City’s jurisdiction, while prohibiting operation on County or State roads, except at legally authorized and approved crossing points.
