NOTE: The Construction Services Division reviewed, discussed, evaluated and met with each of the qualified proposers for the Harmony Heights Design Build. Through this process, we have established the following ranking: 1) Keystone Excavators, 2) MTM Contractors and 3) Ajax Paving Industries of Florida. Keystone Excavators offered the best proposal to meet the project scope, timeline and budget with a bid submittal of $2,998,220.10. Project will be scaled to meet city budget of $1,478,213.00. This is a Community Development Block Grant.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to award bid 23/002 Design/Build Harmony Heights Sidewalks to Keystone Excavators in the amount not to exceed $1,478,213.00.
