NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign an amendment to a drainage and emergency access easement agreement originally recorded as OR BK 7591, Pages 752-775 with 28th Street North Industrial Properties, LLC and Gateway Centre Property Owners' Association, Inc. This agreement replaces two existing easements with two new easements due to a re-development. The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney's office.
