NOTE:  Change Order No. 1 is recommended to amend the contract total. This includes replacement of specified asphalt paving with concrete paving that was not included in the original scope of this contract. The change is necessary for increased weight distribution and longevity of the training surface. The increase in the contract amount totals $162,428.56; an increase in the contract amount by 18.72%.  The account to be charged will be 301282-562512, 25828/452-IMPROVE. The original contract amount is $867,452.00.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization for approval and acceptance of Change Order No. 1 for ITB 25.015 Fire Station 35 Site Work: an increase in the contract amount of $162,428.56, for a total adjusted contract amount of $1,029,880.60 to be charged to the appropriate account.
