NOTE: A vacancy on the Library Board was created by the expiration of the term of teen member Katie Abrams in May 2021. The Library Board reviewed applications from Trish Le and Emily Mullins and recommends that City Council appoint Emily Mullins to fill Abrams' former seat, with an initial term to expire June 30, 2024.
