NOTE: At the August 11, 2026 City Council Agenda Session, Councilwoman Reed tendered her resignation as the City Representative on the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority. Councilman Caddell has requested to be appointed as Councilwoman Reed's replacement to fill the unexpired term through September 30, 2028.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) The resignation of Councilwoman Reed as the City Representative on the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority and the appointment of Councilman Caddell to serve the unexpired term that expires on September 30, 2028.
