AUTHORIZATION FOR THE MAYOR TO SIGN A STANDARD GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK FOR THE TINGLER PARK BOARDWALK AND TRAILHEAD PROJECT - (Agreement No. T2225)

NOTE: This is an Agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Pinellas Park for the demolition of the existing boardwalk at Tingler Park and construction of a new composite boardwalk inclusive of shade shelter renovation. Picnic tables, trash receptacles, hitching posts and informational kiosks will be purchased and installed.
The total project cost is $350,000.00. The FDEP agrees to fund $175,000.00 of the project's costs and requires a City match of $175,000.00. This project is included in the FY 22/23 Capital Improvement Program (Project No. 20781/302-CONSTR, page 277).

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign a Standard Grant Agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the City of Pinellas Park (Agreement No. T2225).
